Free Survey

We assess your roof, check timbers and felt, and identify any structural issues before quoting.

Scaffolding

Safe access scaffolding erected. Your property protected throughout.

Strip-Out

All old tiles, battens, and felt stripped and removed from site. Damaged timbers replaced.

Felt & Batten

New breathable underlay and treated timber battens fitted to specification.

05

Tiling

Your chosen tiles or slates fixed, along with all valleys, hips, ridges, and flashings.

06

Sign-Off

Final inspection, scaffold removal, full site clearance, and written guarantee.

Generally, if more than 25–30% of your tiles are damaged or your roof is over 30–40 years old, replacement is often more economical. We'll give you an honest assessment during your free survey.
How long does a roof replacement take? ▼
Most residential roofs take 3–7 days depending on size and complexity. We aim to have your roof weather-tight at the end of every working day.
Do I need to move out? ▼
In almost all cases, no. There will be noise, but we aim to cause minimal disruption.
