GRP Fibreglass

How long does a flat roof last? ▼

Modern GRP fibreglass and EPDM rubber roofs typically last 25–50 years. Torch-on felt systems offer 15–20 years. Poor installation dramatically reduces lifespan.

Can you repair rather than replace? ▼

Often yes — particularly if the roof is relatively young and damage is localised. We'll always advise repair over replacement if it's a viable long-term solution.

Is GRP better than EPDM? ▼

Both are excellent. GRP is ideal for most standard domestic roofs. EPDM suits larger roofs or unusual shapes. We'll recommend the right one for your situation.

How long does installation take? ▼
